Refund policy

All our products are handmade and exclusively created. Colour may vary slightly in actual product. Being a handmade product, the prints will not be identically similar all over. Please understand that this is the charm of a handmade creation and not to be frowned upon.

If you have placed your order by mistake, you must cancel within the first 24 hours. Post that, we will not be able to process cancellations.

We are proud of our creations and their quality. Hence, we do not offer return/replacement, unless, in an extremely rare case:
- You receive the wrong product or incomplete order
- The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect

In case of above, you must:
- Inform us within 48 hours of receipt and return it within 10 days 
- Keep the item unused and the labels as well as packaging intact

Upon receiving the product, we will refund the full amount (including shipping charges, duties and taxes if applicable) back to your account in 15 to 25 working days.
